Cuando se haya formado la mezcla amasar con las manos.<\/li>\n<li>En un molde de pie colocar papel mantequilla en la base, luego, colocar la masa y esparcir con las manos dejando un peque\u00f1o borde hacia arriba. Trinchar con un tenedor de forma abundante. Colocar nuevamente papel mantequilla sobre la masa y alg\u00fan peso que podamos llevar al horno por ejemplo garbanzos o alguna otra legumbre (estas quedar\u00e1n inutilizadas pero servir\u00e1n para futuros Pie, adem\u00e1s esta masa sirve para cualquier otro tipo de preparaci\u00f3n como tartaletas). Hornear 15minutos o hasta enterrar un mondadientes y que salga limpio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Para el Relleno<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dejar enfriar la base del Pie en el refrigerador, unos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar la crema pastelera seg\u00fan el sobre y dejar enfriar en el refrigerador.<\/li>\n<li>Sacar del refrigerador la base del Pie, colocar los pl\u00e1tanos picados en la base y luego la crema pastelera. Luego, volver con el pie al refrigerador, mientras preparamos una de las opciones de corteza.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Para la Corteza<\/em><\/p>\n<p><i>Opci\u00f3n 1:\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparar la Crema Chantilly seg\u00fan las instrucciones del sobre. Colocar la mezcla sobre el pie, adornar con el resto del pl\u00e1tano y las almendras. O poner la frutilla en el centro. Servir Fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Opci\u00f3n 2: Merengue Italiano:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>2 claras de huevo batidas a punto de nieve. Velocidad 10 en una Stand Mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar en una olla peque\u00f1a 1\/2 taza de az\u00facar m\u00e1s 1 cucharada de agua y comenzar a revolver hasta que hierva a punto de bola (102\u00ba o hasta insertar en el alm\u00edbar un tenedor de forma vertical y ver si se forman gotitas en los dientes muy redondas, a eso se le llama punto bola). Apagar el calor.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar 1\/4 de cucharadita a las claras batidas a punto de nieve sin dejar de revolver con la Stand Mixer, o batidora, agregar lentamente y por las orillas el alm\u00edbar caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Probar el dulzor, si falta, agregar 2 cucharadas de az\u00facar flor y seguir batiendo. Cuando este completamente mezclado agregar sobre el relleno del pie.<\/li>\n<li>Dorar con un soplete de cocina.
